Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: May 10, 2025 At Moonview Club Member, every shirt we create is custom-made to order. Each design is produced specifically based on your selected city and theme, which makes it a personalized and exclusive item. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Why No Returns?Our shirts are not mass-produced. Each one is made individually for you, with print-on-demand production starting shortly after your order is placed. For this reason, we cannot restock or resell returned items. We kindly ask that you double-check your size, color selection, and city choice before placing your order.  Order Issues or DefectsIf your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, we absolutely want to make it right.Please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing moonviewclubmember@gmail.com and include: Your order numberA clear description of the issuePhotos of the item and packaging (if damaged in transit)Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement at no cost to you.  CancellationsDue to the custom nature of our production, we do not accept cancellations once an order has entered processing. If you need to make an urgent change and your order has not yet been processed, email us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help.  Shipping Errors or Lost PackagesIf a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal carrier or delivery service first.
